  1. We would like to confirm the terms of the consignment stock of motors that we have agreed to place in your building.

  3.       1.  When you draw on the consigned stock, your purchase order will 
  4.             trigger us to replenish the stock and invoice for the motors taken.

  6.       2.  At the end of the year, a physical inventory will be taken and any 
  7.            adjustments will be made.

  9.       3.  Either party can discontinue this agreement on two month's notice.
